For 1968 Act casinos that have a smaller gambling area, the requirements set out in the sliding scale will apply. Relaxing the machine to table ratio for Small 2005 Act casinos and applying it to 1968 Act casinos that take up their new machine entitlements is also a tested concept as it is already in place in Large 2005 Act casinos.
